Combine: 4.44s 40

Strengths: Patience and well-balanced to mirror & match a clever release. Swivels and stays connected to cross-face routes. Body control & foot quickness allow for elite phase potential. Natural feel for angles to the ball. Tenacious in run support. Wipes out run after the catch with decisive blows.

Weaknesses: Could struggle to defend throws from trail. Waits for the release to begin before squeezing tight. Could have issues banging on big wideouts.

Score: 6.70 (Year 1 Starter) Next Gen: 84 (Good)

Kaiir Elam CB (Florida) 6'1 1/2 " 191

Combine: 4.39s 40

Strengths: Patient feet rarely fall for release fakes. Able to swivel hips and pursue with fluidity. Squeezes deep sideline routes with physicality. Contested catches are typically tilted in his favor. Solid transition quickness to plant and drive on the throw.

Weaknesses: Loses his leverage unnecessarily. Needs better open-and-sprint timing when squatting underneath. Vertical specialists can overtake and stack him. Inconsistent digesting route combinations. Doesn't play to his size in run support duties. Inconsistent coming to balance as an open-field tackler.

Score: 6.38 (Will eventually be a plus starter) Next Gen: 83 (Good)

Tyler Linderbaum C (Iowa) 6'2" 296










2021: Rimington Trophy, Unanimous All-American, 1st All-Big 10

Strengths: Gets snap hand where it needs to go quickly. Hands, hip & feet are harmonious. Explosiveness in his dip & lift against nose tackles. Fluid & fast for climbs to the MLB and long pulls in space. Footwork & body control make him a magnet during sustain phase. Finds additional work when uncovered. Tremendous reactive athletic agility for recovering.

Weaknesses: True two-gappers will discard his base block. Drive base can get hurried & narrow. Bull rushers can be a problem. Needs to limit oversets and calm his initial movements. Shotgun snaps are a little too tall.

Score: 6.70 (Year 1 Starter) Next Gen: 99 (Elite)

Roger McCreary CB (Auburn) 5'11" 190

Strengths: Ability to put the WR's release in neutral. Plays the roll of irritant in press man. Suffocates receiver space when operating on a vertical plane. Plays with recognition and 2-route response against combination routes. Rakes through WR's hands to alter catch chances. Tough, face-up tackler who drives through his target. 

Weaknesses: Taller wideouts can play above the rim on him. Needs better foot patience to mirror crafty releases & routes. Takes time to flip hips into sprint mode. Requires better eye balance from off-man. Slight stall in his plant-and-drive mechanism. Short-steeping hinders closing quickness in space.

Score: 6.28 (Will eventually be an average starter) Next Gen: 76 (Good)

Kyler Gordon CB (Washington) 5'11 1/2 " 194










2021: 1st All-PAC 12, 45 total tckls, 1FF, 2INTs, 7PDs

Combine: 4.52s 40

Strengths: Possesses dynamic athleticism. Fluidity buoyed by harmony of his hips & feet. Fully capable form press and off coverage. Pattern matches & undercuts the breaks. Decisive and explosive in reactive movements. Plant-and-drive juice is on a different level. Times downfield ball search to the WR's eyes. Will be highly disruptive as a run blitzer from the slot. Strikes with aggression.

Weaknesses: Still working on technical aspects of the position. Has average instincts. Needs to limit his latch-and-ride hands underneath. Doesn't fully trust his eyes just yet. Misses too many tackles after the catch. Will need to balance urgency with patience.

Scores: 6.31 (Will eventually be a plus starter) Next Gen: 83 (Good)

Strengths: Able to jab and juke press doors open. Top-end speed creates vertical opportunities. Burst for separation on all 3 levels. Alters weight & direction for balanced route turns. Effortless in the air. Adjusts speed to the ball flight. Ball skills feature plus focus & well-timed, sudden hands. 

Weaknesses: Room for more manipulation as a route salesman. Average hand strength to finish the catch. Inconsistent working back to the throw when needed. Average in run-after-catch mode. Gets run through as a run blocker.

Score: 6.43 (Will be a good starter within 2 years) Next Gen: 84 (Good)

Andrew Booth CB (Clemson) 6'0" 194

Strengths: Feet are very agile & twitchy. Strength to maintain extended jab through release. Backpedal is smooth & fast. Consistently competitive and urgent in his coverage. Awareness to read & overlap from zone. Ball judgment & tracking is top-notch. A downhill striker.

Weaknesses: Will need to dial back physical hands beyond the line of scrimmage. False steps and inefficiencies in coverage movements. Gets prematurely turned by a quality route-runner. Can be too anticipatory and over reactive. Tackling lacks control at times.

Score: 6.40 (Will be a good starter within 2 years) Next Gen: 84 (Good)

Cameron Thomas DE (San Diego St) 6'4" 267

Combine: 24reps

Strengths: Versatility to rush from a variety of spots. Hands are well-schooled & instinctive. Nice job of tracking and hunting once inside the pocket. Operates with quick punch-and-separate at the point of attack. Full-payload tackler who crashes into ball-carriers with a thud.

Weaknesses: Inconsistent results when asked to anchor and hold ground. Monotone, one-speed approach in attacking the arc. Unable to create panic through speed. Too upright, causing extended stickiness in pass pro battles.

Score: 6.19 (A good backup who could potentially develop as a starter) Next Gen: 70 (Average)

Phidarian Mathis DT (Alabama) 6'4" 310

Combine: 23.5"vert

Strengths: Instant ground-to-pads hand quickness off the snap. Will punch & separate with 2 hands or 1. Two-gapper with traits to sit & fight versus downhill run game. Dents protection with bull rush or edge attack. Maintains sack viability as a middle rusher.

Weaknesses: Limited range away from home base. Unable to keep pace with wide-flowing run game. Premature shed gives runners a shot to alter their track. Upfield rush lack desired edge-to-edge quickness.

Score: 6.27 (Will eventually become an average starter) Next Gen: 72 (Good)

Drake London WR (USC) 6'4" 219










2021: 3rd All-American/1st All-PAC 12, PAC 12 OPOY, 88rec/1,084yds, 7TDs

Strengths: Extensive experience as an outside & slot target. Feel for moving the coverage with downfield routes. Manufactures space with tight angles out of route cuts. Takes control of the catch space on all 3 levels. Finds the deep ball quickly and alters positioning for optimal tracking. Works back to the ball using block-out angles on defenders. Meets contested throws with arm extension & strong hands. Aerial specialist with impressive leap timing & catch radius.

Weaknesses: Lacks desired foot quickness out of release. Trouble eluding route redirections in space. Slow-developing downfield routes require plus pass protection. Below-average toughness as a run blocker. Not a get-away guy in run after the catch.

Score: 6.40 (Will be a good starter within 2 years) Next Gen: 87 (Good)

Strengths: Squares the block and tosses it aside when he's ready. Flows through an edge when he finds his positioning. Can shed blocks & transition a gap over. Hands are pinpoint accurate into the blocker's shoulders. He's never on the ground. Won't be blocked by a single block. Has size to overwhelm certain opponents. Potential to alter opponent's game plan.

Weaknesses: Can be a little straight-legged into lateral engagement. Below-average 1st step quickness. Lacks knee bend to roll downhill with a bull rush. Change of direction isn't a thing for him. Can't disengage & tackle suddenly. Redirected due to lack of bend in his rush.

Score: 6.50 (Boom-or-Burst Potential) Next Gen: 84 (Good)

Treylon Burks WR (Arkansas) 6'3" 225

Combine: 4.55s 40, 33"vert

Strengths: Quick and urgent in slipping past press attempts. Releases into route with forward lean & a hard push to threaten. Smooth for his size when gliding through space. Runs routes with proper leverage and turn acceleration. Skill to track and snag the deep ball. Leaps & plucks it way up the ladder with strong hands. Stiff-arm & build-up speed to make a short catch a long gain.

Weaknesses: Needs to become more consistent with contested catches. Takes time slowing & getting into intermediate breaks. Occasionally makes unnecessary one-handed catch attempts. Average physicality after the catch for his size. 

Score: 6.50 (Boom or bust potential) Next Gen: 88 (Good)

Jameson Williams WR (Alabama) 6'2" 189

Strengths: Smooth route take-off with instant gas. Able to eviscerate the cushion & blow by corners. Long-limbed with expansive catch radius. Plays with sudden hands to stab & secure high throws. Opens hips to extend and grab back-shoulder hip ball. Good YAC stack when catching on the move. 

Weaknesses: Suffered ACL tear in the national title game. Press release is narrow & indecisive. Competitiveness  diminishes near the noise. Below-average play strength when battling for catch space. Inconsistent tracking and working back to underthrows. 

Score: 6.48 (Will be a good starter within 2 years) Next Gen: 90 (Elite)

Zion Johnson OG (Boston College) 6'3" 312










2021: 1st All-American, 1st All-ACC

Combine: 5.18s 40, 32 reps, 32"vert

Strengths: Operates with consistently wide, stout base. Shines as a double-team blocker with technical savvy. Excellent leverage & lift into initial strike. Consistent latch, sustain and push as a block finisher. Takes accurate cut-off angles to LBs. Natural pop in phone-pole punch. 

Weaknesses: Inconsistent gaining enough ground on stretch plays. Occasional issues with twists & blitzes. Below-average redirection quickness. Punch will land a little high and slide off pads. Slow in resetting & regrouping hands.

Score: 6.34 (Will eventually be a plus starter) Next Gen: 88 (Good)

Kenyon Green OG (Texas A&M) 6'4" 323











2021: Consensus All-American/1st All-SEC

Combine: 5.24s 40, 20reps, 26"vert

Strengths: Bulldozing drive blocker with horsepower to consistently clear paths. Base & power make wall-off blocks impenetrable. Pass punch is direct and forceful. Booming upper-body strength to cave in A-gap blitzers.

Weaknesses: Enters lateral block fit before finding positioning. Requires better feel for best angles as an inside-zone blocker. Below-average instincts in pass protection. Slow to activate lateral slide when mirroring.

Score: 6.45 (Will become a good starter within 2 years) Next Gen: 84 (Good)

DeMarvin Leal DT (Texas A&M) 6'4" 290

Strengths: Lands hands quickly with initial strike. Hands & feet work well together. Hips and shoulder-turn to entice whiffed blocks. Uses one-arm press to lift & separate. Ability to toggle between finesse and power. Spin counter is quick and well-balanced. 

Weaknesses: Lacks clear-cut position fit. Late getting lateral versus zone blocks. Pass rush lacks suddenness to put blocker in a bind. Disappointing acceleration as a looper on tackle/end twists. Gradual closing burst turns would-be sacks into hurries.

Score: 6.23 (Will eventually be an average starter) Next Gen: 78 (Good)

David Ojabo EDGE (Michigan) 6'5" 250

Strengths: Spies runner through engagement and works toward him. Speed to close down outside runs. Confuses tackles with altered cadence & stutter steps. Able to find 2nd gear at the top of the rush. Always searching for the strip sack.

Weaknesses: Currently projects as a liability against a pro run game. Play recognition and instincts are still developing. Below-average block-shed twitch. Not much bend & dip to clip the edge. Suffered an Achilles tear during his pro-day workout. 

Score: 6.39 (Will eventually be a plus starter) Next Gen: 84 (Good)

Strengths: Instant acceleration to stem-and-go in his release. Slick and smooth on the move. Talent to work all 3 levels of the field. Potent 2nd gear finding & maintaining  deep-ball separation. Graceful leap-and-adjustment when playing above the rim. Gets to full extension for sudden grabs with large, strong hands. Talented punt returner with big-play potential.

Weaknesses: Not as comfortable working between the hashes. Drifting route breaks allow coverage to undercut. Labors in adjustments to off-target throws in the tracking phase. Play strength issues show up against clingy coverage. Allows too much intrusion into the catch area.

Score: 6.25 (Will eventually be an average starter) Next Gen: 82 (Good)
